Autumn Under a Tin Roof

I have noticed myself to be less and less interested in commercialism as I deepen in my Christian faith and continue to live a life more in tune with my priorities. Over the course of this past year, I began unsubscribing to any news letters that make me feel as though I need to buy something or make me feel lessened with their airbrushed images. Not being bombarded with the latest trends for home and fashion has helped me refine my own personal style in clothes and decorating. My shopping choices are more thought out and purposeful.

With so many blogs that focus on what you, as a reader,  need to buy, it is refreshing to find other blogs that inspire a non-materialistic lifestyle. Under A Tin Roof is a blog I would highly recommend. I am so thankful they are allowing me to share some Autumn inspiration with you. When ever I read their content and soak in their beautiful farmstead photographs I feel freshly inspired to enjoy nature, food, and family.

There are so many thoughtful ways to savor the season. I spend these few weeks after Halloween planning my Thanksgiving dinner menu. I look forward to sharing recipe links with you next week!
